Personal trainer and holistic coach/lifestyle guide for optimal health

I am a mother of two beautiful boys, and I work with clients who want to improve their health. Whether it's sleep, obesity, illnesses/medicines, exercise or a clean diet. I have run my own PT Studio (RAW PT studio) which I sold when we moved to the Costa del Sol to enjoy the climate in Spain - and with this we now want to offer our services to the people who live here. I work interdisciplinary together with my roommate and colleague (Naprapat/ Chiropractor) PT Studio was an organic studio with 20 members who wanted to train with PT in small groups (2-8 people). I also work as a Crossfit coach and against companies. My commitment is about guiding, teaching and motivating people to stay fit and take care of the wonderful body we have been given.

Introducing the Training Program

"FAST & STRONG"

The ultimate training plan for strength and endurance.

You can buy the training programs online/ and easily download them to your device. (PC/ phone)

- "Fast & Strong" The program has a duration of 16 weeks and is suitable for those who have a CrossFit box or a standard training center available. 6 sessions per week (suitable for advanced students)
Or choose between other programs:

- BASE Full body program 12 weeks (suitable for beginners ++)

- Functional Bodybuilding 4 sessions per week. e
