Online training program

Below you will find 3 different programs.

  • 12 weeks Base Full Body.

    •   This is a program where you train the same muscles several times a week. Perfect for those who have trained in splits and train at a regular gym. Full-body program (4 strength sessions per week) eg: This gives you the opportunity to give 100% in each session because you know you won't have to do 5 leg exercises after squats. Suitable for beginners to more advanced.

  • 16 weeks "FAST and STRONG": (3 strength sessions + 3 conditioning sessions)

    • This is a program where you build maximum strength and endurance, and that you do not overtrain. Perfect for off-season training against Hyrox, or if you want to maintain strength and work on fitness. Many people increase per week, so it is possible to only do strength + 1 cardio session if the goal is muscle building. Can be done at a fitness center or Crossfitbox.

  • 10 weeks of functional bodybuilding: This program combines hypertrophy, strength and metabolic conditioning. Typical for Crossfit with short intense cardio sessions, as well as strength and muscle growth. Can be done at a fitness center or Crossfitbox.
