About the week:

Take a whole week off. Forget work, packed lunches, meetings and other duties. Exercise is not a privilege, but should be a priority! In a hectic everyday life, it is important to prioritize your health and yourself. What could be better than a week of training and socializing. Training, accommodation, food, sun and swimming - all this in one place! The resort Finca Naundrup. (read more here ) The camp is located in Calahonda, Mijas Costa, Malaga. About 35 min drive from Malaga airport.

We have created a training camp where you get a good combination of training, socializing, relaxation and fun. We plan a week of both training and optimal recovery, where you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and at the same time experience the joy of training. We carry out two training sessions per day with a mixture of fitness and strength, mobility.

The resort has a large outdoor training area of 600m2. Padel courts, restaurant and large pool area. Masseur is available. Mobility and sunrise jogging on the beach, followed by a relaxing day in the city centre. Strength, Yoga and CrossFit - Every day will offer something new. See program below.

Hvem passer campen for?

Det spiller ingen rolle hvilket treningsnivå du er på – vi tilpasser øktene etter deltakernes behov og forutsetninger. Målet er at du skal føle deg sterk, inspirert og få mest mulig ut av treningen uanseyt nivå. Hvis du en dag ikke føler for å trene, er det helt greit – all trening er frivillig. Se under for eksempel på hvordan en dag kan være lagt opp. Og en foreløpig timeplan. Som du ser det blir mye variert trening.

Reiser alene, eller med en venn. – Du kommer garantert til å få nye bekjentskap da uken er omme, da vi bli en sammensveiset gjeng. Uken vil bli både sosial og morsom, samtidig som det også blir rikelig med tid til egen avslapning og til å gjøre akkurat det du har lyst til. En perfekt blanding på en treningsreise!

Price: NOK 12,490 per person in a double room

The price includes :

  • 7 nights in a double room

  • A BBQ evening, but high mood report, welcome drink (2-course)

  • All training (11 sessions) team building, mental training,

  • Access to all training facilities (Padel must be booked)

    • Single room supplement 315 € (Only on request, there are very few single rooms)

Travel: You book your own plane ticket from your nearest airport. Now you can secure affordable return tickets to Malaga.

Deposit : You pay a deposit of NOK 3,000 when you reserve a place, and the rest is paid by 31 December

About the instructors:

Lars Severinsen and Cathrine Ellingsen

Lars Severinsen is a personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 10 years of experience in helping people who have struggled to establish healthy habits. He specializes in functional training, including CrossFit and Hyrox-inspired programs, which are designed to build both physical strength and mental endurance. With a passion for making exercise fun and accessible, Lars focuses on comprehensive solutions that combine nutrition, exercise and mental well-being. His philosophy is that small, continuous improvements create the most lasting results.

Cathrine Ellingsen works as PT, CrossFit coach and has a holistic approach to health and life. She has run her own PT studio in Skien, where she has found her passion - namely to create training joy, knowledge and lasting training in her members. In the last 3 years, she has had 13 bootcamps for "beginners" and has the ability to teach, create confidence in strength training for ladies. "Squats, deadlifts and strength training are for everyone - it just has to be adapted to the individual". With Cathrine as a coach, you will get technical guidance and the little things that make you master new things. She is strict and wants to push you that little bit extra!

Together, this coaching team will give you some unique training experiences, and you will feel mastery - whatever your level.

About the resort:

Finca Naundrup & Marbella Fitness Camp:

Is a family-run activity resort run by a Danish family. What is special about this resort is that they almost excluded only active guests in various sports camps, whether it is padel, dance or CrossFit. The chefs specialize in preparing healthy and nutritious food for optimal energy and recovery. So you can focus on doing what you like best! Work out and relax in the sun!

The rooms: They mostly have 2-bedrooms, but also rooms for 2-4 people. All rooms have single beds. Bed linen and a large and a small towel are included.

The resort has an outdoor training area of 600m2, and several padel courts, a football pitch, a meeting room/concert room, a restaurant and a large pool area.
