-The "Fast & Strong" program has a duration of 16 weeks and is suitable for those who have a CrossFit box or a standard fitness center available.
6 sessions per week (suitable for advanced users)
(3 strength sessions + 3 cardio sessions)
This is a program where you build maximum strength and endurance, and you don't overtrain. Perfect as off-season training against Hyrox, or if you want to maintain strength and work on fitness. Many people increase per week, so it is possible to only do strength + 1 fitness session if the goal is muscle building.
